James Flynn is an accomplished individual and a great person to boot. I have had the pleasure of working with him this past year and have seen first hand, his expertise and talent. As editor of the News section of The Varsity, he transformed the section for the better and has founded his own non for profit organization in Newfoundland. I have the confidence that he will find great success in whatever he does.

There are few people who can balance incredible ability with incredible humility; there are fewer still with incredible work ethic and abundant curiosity. I count myself among the privileged to have the opportunity to work with James Flynn. Congratulations James – you’re an exception to the rule, a beacon in the fog. You are one capable of changing our world for the better, and I have great confidence you will.
